Before you book.

What if my puppy is already over 4 months?
JOURNEY is designed to start in the puppy phase (under 4 months) so we can lay the foundation from the beginning. If your dog is already 4+ months, LAUNCH is the better fit. Contact us for a consultation and we’ll figure out the right path.
What’s included in the annual tune-up?
One session per year for the life of your dog — yours to use however you need. Refresher on skills that have slipped. Help with something new that’s come up. A check-in when your dog enters a new life stage. Whatever will help you and your dog stay on track.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Flexible payment options are available and we’ll walk through the exact structure during your consultation. JOURNEY is designed to be more accessible than buying BUILD and LAUNCH separately, and we’ll make the numbers work for your situation.
What if we miss a milestone during BUILD or LAUNCH?
Each phase has its own guarantee. We keep working until you get the result — extended homework, extra support sessions, and full refund if effort still doesn’t close the gap. See the “Two Guarantees” section above for the full breakdown.
What’s the difference between JOURNEY and just buying BUILD + LAUNCH separately?
Three real differences. One, JOURNEY costs less than buying both programs separately — bundle pricing. Two, you get the between-phase check-in and the lifetime annual tune-ups, which aren’t available if you buy à la carte. Three, and this is the biggest one: when you commit upfront, I plan the whole year from day one. When you buy one at a time, I can only plan the phase in front of me. That continuity meaningfully changes what’s possible.
What’s the daily time commitment?
About 10–15 minutes per day of structured homework, plus the normal care you’re already providing. Most clients find it’s less work than they expected — having a plan replaces the low-grade anxiety of “am I doing this right?”
