Is the consultation really free? What’s the catch?
Truly free. No catch. The consult is 30 minutes of honest conversation about what’s going on with your dog and what we might recommend — no sales pitch, no pressure to enroll. If we’re the right fit for your situation, you’ll know. If we’re not, we’ll say that too.
Do I have to commit to anything on the call?
No. You walk away with a clear recommendation and timeline, but the decision is always yours. Most clients take at least a day or two to decide, and we’re genuinely okay with that.
What if my dog is aggressive or reactive? Can you still help?
Yes — this is actually our specialty. Our TRANSFORM program is built specifically for dogs dealing with reactivity, aggression, or serious behavior challenges. On the consult we’ll talk through what’s happening and figure out the safest, most effective path forward. If remote is a better fit for a sensitive dog, we can do that too.
How much does training cost?
Pricing depends on which program fits your dog and your goals. We don’t list prices publicly because the right program varies so much by situation — a puppy with no issues is a very different investment than an adult dog with serious reactivity. On the consult, we’ll recommend a specific program and tell you exactly what it costs. Flexible payment plans are available.
Do you work with dogs outside Melbourne?
Locally, we serve all of Brevard County — Melbourne, Palm Bay, Viera, and surrounding areas. For clients anywhere else in the world, we offer the same programs delivered remotely via video. Learn more about remote training.
How quickly can we get started?
Consults are usually available within the week. Once you enroll, we can typically start training within 1–2 weeks depending on schedule. If something is urgent — safety concerns, a bite history, an impending move — let us know on the consult and we’ll see what we can do to prioritize.
